As an SLP-owned contracting agency, our mission is to support school districts across the state by delivering reliable, flexible, and effective solutions to the ongoing shortage of qualified speech-language pathologists. We focus on filling essential vacancies to promote student success and help districts stay aligned with state and federal compliance requirements. With a strong background in English/Spanish bilingualism, we are well-equipped to serve the growing linguistic and cultural diversity found in today’s schools.

Research has consistently shown that telehealth-delivered speech therapy is equally effective as in-person services for a wide range of communication disorders (ASHA, 2022). AcademIQ Solutions, LLC is a proud woman- and minority-owned business founded by Jazmin Berrios, MS, CCC-SLP, a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, wife, and mother of three. Jazmin is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at EL Paso and Texas Woman’s University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2019 with a bilingual certification. Before entering the field of speech therapy, Jazmin began her career in education, where her passion for communication and child development eventually led her to pursue speech-language pathology. She gained extensive experience in pediatric settings including private clinics, home health, and the schools. It was during her time in the schools where she gained a unique understanding of the challenges faced by both therapists and school districts. After witnessing firsthand, the strain caused by high turnover and long-term vacancies in educational settings, Jazmin was inspired to create a supportive solution. AcademIQ Solutions, LLC was born out of the desire to connect highly qualified therapists with school districts in need by offering reliable, on-demand staffing support with a focus on retention, quality, and compassion. At its core, AcademIQ Solutions is built to serve students, empower therapists, and strengthen school communities.
